Shipping policy

When placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please check your spam folder. SalusLabs ships consistently from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. After shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but only refunded in accordance with our refund policy. Most in-stock orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM EST are shipped the same day. Occasionally, processing may take longer, especially during peak times such as the Christmas season. While we strive for fast handling, we cannot guarantee delivery or shipping dates. Deliveries usually take an average of 7–12 business days. Tracking information may take 1–4 days to update. In rare cases, tracking may remain unchanged, but rest assured that your order will still reach you. Recipients are responsible for state sales taxes, import duties, or customs fees. If delivery is refused or abandoned, the right to a refund is forfeited. Please check for possible customs fees in your country. Delayed Packages Please ensure that your shipping details are correct, as we cannot reroute or refund once an order has been placed. Delivery times are estimated, and carriers such as FEDEX, UPS, DHL, and USPS do not guarantee arrival times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or weather-related delays. If a package does not arrive on time, please contact the carrier. Packages that cannot be tracked for 4 weeks are considered lost. In such cases, SalusLabs may be able to send a replacement. Refunds or returns are only possible for received orders. Incorrect Addresses Please make sure to provide an accurate delivery address. Orders shipped to the address provided cannot be refunded if not received. We are not responsible for lost orders due to errors on your part (e.g., wrong house number). If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at (Support Email), although changes cannot be guaranteed. For undelivered orders, please contact the carrier to update address information. Lost or Stolen Packages SalusLabs provides tracking options for packages. If the tracking information shows that a package has been "delivered" but it cannot be located:

  • Check the area around your residence.
  • Wait 36 hours; sometimes packages marked “delivered” are still in transit.
  • Verify the delivery address provided.
  • Review details about delivery attempts or drop-off locations.
  • For apartment complexes: check with the leasing office.
  • Ask neighbors or family members. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier with your tracking number. Customers must file claims with carriers for damaged, stolen, or lost shipments. For shipments delayed more than 48 hours past the expected delivery date, please file a claim with your local carrier. SalusLabs is not liable for packages with confirmed delivery to the address provided. If a package is stolen or lost and you have filed a claim with the carrier and received a claim number, please contact us and we will do our best to assist. However, SalusLabs is not responsible for confirmed delivered packages or those lost due to incorrect addresses.
